Things to do in Phou Khao Khouay National Bio-Diversity Conservation Area in Laos

 The Phou Khao Khouay National Bio-Diversity Conservation Area was an amazing place to explore. It was filled with breathtaking views, exotic wildlife and unique activities.

The first thing on the list was a trek through the lush jungles. The trails were well maintained, with signs pointing out the different species of plants and animals that could be seen. It was an incredible experience to be surrounded by the vibrant colors and sounds of nature.

The next activity was a guided tour of the national park. The experienced guide was full of knowledge on the local fauna and flora, as well as the history of the area. It was fascinating to see how much the park had been preserved and how much wildlife had been able to flourish.

After the tour, visitors could take part in a rafting trip down the Mekong River. This was particularly exciting as the rapids were fast, and the scenery was stunning. It was a great way to experience the beauty of the area and get close to the wildlife.

The next stop was the Elephant Camp. Here, visitors could learn about the habits and lifestyle of elephants and interact with them in a safe environment. The rangers here were incredibly knowledgeable, and it was a great way to learn about the species.

Finally, visitors could take a boat trip on the lake. This was a peaceful, tranquil experience, and it was wonderful to watch the sun setting over the lake. This was a great way to relax and enjoy the beauty of Phou Khao Khouay National Bio-Diversity Conservation Area.
